Exhibition Opening: Beyond The Wall: Art For All

Join Mural Arts Philadelphia as we celebrate the work and accomplishments of participants in our Youth Violence Reduction Partnership (YVRP) and Guild programs. Light refreshments will be served.

GRADUATION CEREMONY, 4–5 P.M.
Arrive early for the graduation ceremony of the 2014–15 YVRP program participants. Graduates have acquired life and work-readiness skills that better prepare them to find employment and to be successful, productive citizens.

OPENING RECEPTION, 5–7:30 P.M.
Beyond the Wall: Art for All features artwork by inmates at the State Correctional Institution at Graterford and participants in Mural Arts’ Guild program, a restorative justice jobs training program for returning citizens and young people on probation. Many pieces of artwork will be available for purchase.
