The Wall Remixed

The Wall Remixed: The North Philadelphia Small Business Advertising Campaign, was a multi-media collaboration between Mural Arts, Philagrafika 2010, and renowned artists Carl Pope, Homer Jackson, and Mari Hulick. Using images created by students in the Mural Arts Program's ArtWorks! program and input from local business owners, the artists designed 25 billboards and posters that visually celebrate North Philadelphia's small businesses and community organizations. The project is designed to increase awareness of and have a positive economic impact on these resources in this culturally-rich neighborhood.
