Mural Arts practices for protecting your privacy are designed to comply with U.S. law, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 when applicable.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by the site. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring web site addresses. This information is used for the operation of the Site, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.
Use of Personal Information
Mural Arts may use personal information collected from you for several general purposes, including to fulfill your requests for products, services and information, improve our services, communicate with you about our products, events and programs, to contact you, conduct research and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
If you choose to register with the Site and provide your e-mail address, we may periodically send you an e-newsletter or e-card, information about new features or events, announcements, and surveys. If necessary, we may also contact you regarding your account activity. If you do not wish to be contacted by Mural Arts, you can choose to opt-out of e-mail contact during the registration process or via the Account Settings page.
You may provide your credit card information on the Site in order to purchase products or services offered by us. We will store such information for the duration of the transaction until your credit card is charged and the requested product or service has been purchased. After the transaction is complete, we delete your credit card number and expiration date from our database.
Mural Arts does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission. Mural Arts will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless: (i) you consent to the disclosure, in which case you will be notified of the need for the disclosure at the time you submit the information, (ii) Mural Arts is legally required to do so; (iii) Mural Arts believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal requirements or legal process, to prevent a crime, or to protect the personal safety of users or the public; or (iv) upon sale, acquisition, merger, reorganization or transfer involving Mural Arts. We may share aggregated, “de-identified” financial information with other organizations. Such financial information is not linked to any information that can be used to personally identify you.
The Site use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server that may collect certain non-personally identifiable data about your use of the Site. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Mural Arts does not sell products or services for purchase by children. Mural Arts' primary audience is adults and young adults, ages 13 and older. Mural Arts does not knowingly collect information from children who are under 13 years of age or provide any personally identifying information from such users to any third party for any reason whatsoever. No information should be submitted to the Site by users under 13 years of age, and users under 13 years of age are not permitted to register for services provided by Mural Arts through the Site. If we learn that a user under 13 years of age has submitted personally identifiable information online, we will take reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases and to make no use of such information (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required by law). Mural Arts encourages parents and guardians to monitor and participate in their children’s online activities.
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
