About the Project 

Mural Arts Philadelphia, in partnership with Philadelphia Soccer 2026, the city’s official FIFA World Cup 2026™ bid committee, has launched an interactive digital mosaic to engage supporters and provide Philadelphians with the opportunity to join this historic movement to bring the World Cup to Philadelphia. The mosaic, entitled Love of the Game, is a tribute to our City’s continued dedication to hosting matches for FIFA World Cup 2026™.

The digital mural was designed by artist Nilé Livingston and commissioned especially for Philadelphia Soccer 2026. Portraying two young soccer players enjoying the “beautiful game,” this mural captures the vibrancy, agility, focus, and wonder of soccer, while also showcasing how the international sport reflects Philadelphia’s rich culture and diverse communities.
