This Cruz Bay Courtyard Mural by artist Robert Raven Rapisarda was located in the Ludlow neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A three color background of yellow, blue, and red contrasts with the multiple squares of color filled with images of children at play. Several stars sit in the foreground of the mural elevating the children’s portraits to that of local stars, their faces full of fun and enjoyment there for all passersby to see.
