Join us as we celebrate the dedication of a new recreational center and mural entitled Movement Blooms from the Heart by The Teacup Collective. On the mural, artists Josh Sarantitis, Daniel Lipschutz, Monica Mathieu, and Adriana Amador-Chacon worked with Mural Arts’ Restorative Justice Rec Crew (2022 and 2023 cohorts). The event will serve as an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the Rec Crew for their work during the last session. There will be food and water ice available for the community to enjoy. The event will take place in front of the entrance on S 47th Street.
