Sharswood Roving Hub

Do you have a creative skill, talent or passion that you would like to share with others? Like knitting, doing
make-up, making a pie, building a birdhouse, creating music, drawing, etc.?

Mural Arts Philadelphia is looking for Sharswood community members who are interested in sharing their
creative passions with friends and neighbors, youth and elders in the community as part of a community art
hub that we are creating.

The goal is to create together and learn about people in the community — artists and others with creative
ideas — who would like to help activate an art space in the neighborhood. This is the first step in envisioning
a series of future public artworks in the neighborhood as part of the overall transformation that is occurring
through the redevelopment of Blumberg-Sharswood Homes and the addition of new housing.
