Bell’s Pond

This mural featuring koi and a water scene is Bell’s Pond. It was created by artist Frank Hyder with students from Moore College of Art & Design. It is located on the building that houses Bell Floor Covering in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia.
