Drink More Tap

Drink More Tap is one of two murals located at Cruz Recreation Center and Penrose Recreation Center commissioned by the City of Philadelphia Water Department and Philadelphia Parks and Recreation. The murals, designed by Salvadorian artist Calo Rosa, address community distrust in tap water, in neighborhoods where residents drink bottled water. The murals feature local residents who were photographed for the project. The art projects are part of the Drink More Tap campaign, inspired by recent water consumption research conducted by the Philadelphia Water Department and the University of Pennsylvania.
