We’re Everywhere Part 2

We’re Everywhere Part 2 is composed of multiple figures engaged in various activities that one might not expect Black women to participate in. One woman is skydiving, another sits in space, a third is scuba diving, and another is enjoying some sunshine and just resting. Each portion is meant to be a beautiful image that depicts the fact that Black folks have been and will always be everywhere.

Artist Marian Bailey created this work as the continuation of a conversation. Part 1 was created for the Philadelphia International Airport.
