Wings of Hope

Wings of Hope by Willis “Nomo”Humphrey is located in the Elmwood neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Cops & Kids 5 brought together the 12th Police District police officers and youth from Philadelphia Youth Advocates, ACANA, and other local youth in the southwest area of the city to engage in a series of dialogue and design workshops. The process ultimately resulted in Humphrey’s mural that covers the 12th Police District building.
