Untitled (Ball Field Mural)

This untitled mural by artists Peter Pagast, Eric Okdeh, and Jason Slowik is located in the Norris Square neighborhood of Philladelphia, Pennsylvania. Though deteriorated (as of 2024), this mural of a baseball catcher and hitter at bat reflects the adjacent baseball field. Just like the batters at the real physical home plate, the batter on the mural swings his bat swiftly at an incoming ball. Frozen in mid-swing the viewer never knows just how far the ball will travel.
