Wall of Rugs, #2 The Global Language of Textiles by artist Kathryn Pannepacker is located in the Hartranft neighborhood in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Located on a bridge that spans railroad tracks, the mural features a number of different textile patterns representing cultures and countries from around the world. Some of the textiles represent the communities from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Central Africa, Sri Lanka, and Puerto Rico who have settled in this part of Philadelphia.
