Malcolm X

This mural portrait of Malcolm X was created by artist Cliff Hudson for the Philadelphia Anti-Graffiti Network in 1991. Located in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, it contains the quote: “Education is our passport to the future. For tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today.” The mural was reenvisioned by artists Ernel Martinez and James Burns at the same site in 2004.
