Join us at this year’s Art Education Student Exhibition: No Place Like Home!

One of our favorite annual events is coming up fast! Mural Arts’ Art Education department will showcase the artistic achievements of over 100 students inspired by this year’s program theme, No Place Like Home, at our annual student art exhibition. Our show this year celebrates the many manifestations of home: neighborhoods across the city, real and imagined objects found in our homes, and the dreams we hope to see made real in our shared home, Philadelphia. We are also highlighting a recent move into our new studio space in partnership with J2 Design, which is Art Education’s new home base!

This year’s exhibition opening will be held across two evenings on Wednesday, May 21, and Thursday, May 22, from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Huddle, a creative gathering space curated and managed by J2 Design, located at 338 Brown Street in Philadelphia. Students and their Teaching Artists are working collaboratively to create an immersive, interactive installation for people of all ages to enjoy.
