Mural Arts will dedicate a new mural by artist Cesar Viveros in Manayunk. The work is a narrative of the Manayunk towpath, featuring two prominent symbols of strength and wisdom, the falcon and the redbelly turtle, amidst winterberries, summersweets, black-eyed Susans, ferns, and other local flora.
