Celebrate this new mural created in collaboration with ACANA, bringing attention to Africaown and a sense of home here and abroad. The mural, titled African Market Day, was designed by artist Abu Fofana and was painted by Parris Stancell. Mural Arts has a long-time relationship with ACANA, working to bridge the relationship with the African American and African immigrant populations in the neighborhood.
