Blossom at Bartram!

Blossom at Bartram! by artist Calo Rosa is a series of three ground murals located in Southwest Philadelphia. SEPTA and Mural Arts Philadelphia partnered to create these temporary asphalt art trolley and bus stop murals. The murals are part of SEPTA’s Blossom at Bartram Complete Streets initiative-making roadways safer, beautifying this corridor, and designing high quality transit stops for SEPTA’s upcoming Trolley Modernization program. This asphalt art murals feature a highly visible, abstract floral design and provide a preview of how new trolley and bus stations will provide safe boarding areas and keep stations free of cars.

Location Note: Temporary ground murals are located at the bus stop on the northwest corner of 49th and Woodland on 49th Street; at the inbound Route 11 trolley stop on the southwest corner of 49th and Woodland on Woodland Avenue; and at the bus stop on the northeast corner of 49th and Woodland on 49th Street.
