Caught out There

Kid Hazo is a Philadelphia based street artist out to catch a few smirks and smiles by creating pieces that parody the heart of Philly culture and venues around the city. Caught out There is a nod to security cameras that catch graffiti and street artists while they work. His lighthearted props and sculptures are interjected into the urban environment in attempts to brighten up someone’s day and add a layer of comic relief on the streets.

Since 2016, Spring Arts is an annual installation of temporary and permanent artworks in collaboration with Arts + Crafts Holdings. Artists are invited annually to experiment, create, and innovate old building walls between 10th and 11th, Spring Garden and Hamilton Streets to rebrand the neighborhood. Artworks are be exhibited on a revolving basis, providing a diverse range of artists with the opportunity to create engaging public art.

Location Note: Mural is located under the trestle of The Rail Park at Ridge Avenue and Noble Street.
