Comunidad (Community)

Communidad by artist Kristin Groenveld was located on TWO retaining walls near the entrance to Elkin Elementary School in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The mural depicts members of the school and surrounding community alongside the words COMMUNIDAD and NEIGHBORHOOD spelled out in large block letters.
