Expanding Perspective

Expanding Perspective by artists Brad Carney and Michael Konrad is located in Philadelphia’s Center City West neighborhood. The artists’ signature colorful styles reach new heights as bright geometrical shapes and 37 painted metal panels climb the exterior wall of the Midtown Village Parkway Corporation parking garage, seamlessly flowing from one level to the next.
