Family Chemistry

Family Chemistry by artist Craig Turner is located in Philadelphia’s West Poplar neighborhood. Turner dedicated his life from the age of 14 to beautifying his city. His passion for art and his love for community helped him to be creative in all his artworks. Family Chemistry is an artwork that defines his family, his community, and his friends. The mural was printed from one of Turner’s drawings done in 2004. It represents how Turner saw the various people in his life and depicts a number of various colored bottles and beakers of different shapes. This mural honors Turner’s contributions to the City of Philadelphia and to Mural Arts Philadelphia.
