Gault @40: Rights and Responsibilities

Gault @40: Rights and Responsibilities by artist Eric Okdeh was located in the Family Court Building formerly located at 18th and Vine Streets in the Logan Square section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This series of 8 paintings commemorates the 40th Anniversary of the United States Supreme Court’s landmark In re Gault decision. This historic case, concerning a boy named Gerald Gault, established the right to counsel for juveniles accused of committing delinquent acts.
