In Memory of Freddy Adams

In Memory of Freddy Adams by artist David McShane is located at the Fishtown Recreation Center pool, locally known as the “Swimmo.” It remembers and honors Freddy Adams, a young local man who was murdered in 1993. To find some meaning in this tragic loss, the family started an annual sports tournament in his honor. The rec center was a regular fixture in Adams’ life and this project allows his memory to live on.
