Lancaster Ave Project

Lancaster Avenue Project by artist Emilie Ledieu is located in the Saunders Park neighborhood of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. This project features three different murals, a mosaic decorated fence, and a number of glass mosaic planters along the sidewalk. Three of the murals depict people looking off into the distance with notable landmarks on Lancaster Avenue, like Monarch Storage, in the background. These flowers tie into the mosaics placed near the murals which all feature a colorful assortment of flowers and greenery.

Location Note: As of April 2023, two of the murals shown along a storefront at 3908 Lancaster Street are no longer visible (lost to development). The mural at 3924 Lancaster Avenue and the mosaics along the fence at 3917 Lancaster Avenue are still visible, as are the mosaic planters installed along the length of the block.
