Two murals (titles and subjects unknown) by Philadelphia Anti-Graffiti Network in West Philadelphia. Murals painted by the Philadelphia Anti-Graffiti Network (PAGN), a City agency and the precursor to the Mural Arts Program, were created with the goal of transforming graffiti writers’ talents into positive community arts initiatives.
