Peace, Positivity, and Hope for the Future by artist Alloyius Mcilwaine is located in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Created in partnership with Philadelphia City Councilperson Cindy Bass, this mural reimagines and beautifies the intersection of Stenton and Germantown Avenues through public art. The mural depicts a group of neighborhood children underneath a dove, a symbol of peace, against a blue sky and surrounded other patterns that include symbols of life, peace, growth, and energy.
