Philadelphia Department of Public Health, Health Center 4 (title unknown)

This mural by artist Parris Stancell was located at the City of Philadelphia Department of Public Health Public Health Center 4 in the West Philadelphia neighborhood. Abstract landscapes wrap three sides of the building. One scene depicts figures along a river. The view of an arched bridge spanning the river recollects some views along Philadelphia’s Schuylkill River. The other scenes shows figures enveloped in a technicolor landscape. The murals are done in an impressionistic style.
