Responsibility Blooms in our Neighborhood

Responsibility Blooms in Our Neighborhood by artist Jamee Grigsby is located in the Tacony neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The mural covers the north wall of the Code Court building in Russo Park Playground.
Designed through a series of community engagement activities, this vibrant mural brings to life the collective wisdom of the community, celebrating the importance of drinking responsibility and promoting a culture of respect and awareness. It is a visual representation of the conversations, rhythm, and insights shared by neighbors, friends, and family members who have come together to define what it means to be a responsible person. The mural includes flowers set against a colorful patterned background that includes messages related to responsible alcohol consumption, including: Be Responsible, Get Rest, Moderation, and Know Your Limits.
