Restoration

Restoration painted by artist Eric Okdeh is located in the Logan/Olney neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This mural featuring an adult and youth holding a prismatic triangle made of mosaic glass, was part of a year and a half long Restorative Justice Project in the Logan Olney section of the city. Students from the local E3 center interviewed members of the community, and helped paint, lay glass, and construct this mural. E3 which stands for Empowerment, Education, and Employment, is a neighborhood based program which helps out of school youth and youth returning from juvenile placement to achieve long-term career, and personal goals. This project was part of a year-and-a-half long Restorative Justice project.
