Southeast by Southeast Mask Project

A team of refugee and immigrant women approached Mural Arts for help launching a “buy one, give one” face mask program. The program supports families whose income has been drastically cut by the lockdown and gives back by increasing the supply of masks in lower income communities. Mask prep kits with a pattern and prepared materials was provided to the women to make it as simple as possible to start production.
