Sports Columns

Sports Columns by artist Bill Freeman was located in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Wrapped around 4 sides of 14 columns of the bridge supports visible along the entrance/exit ramps to the Roosevelt Expressway, these murals featured athletes engaged in a variety of sports, including track and field, gymnastics, rowing, and ice hockey.
