The Beautiful Thing About Learning by artist Kien Nguyen is an interior mural in Juvenile Justice Services Center in West Philadelphia. The goal of the project was to create a beautiful and welcoming mural in the reception area of the new Youth Study Center using an inspirational quote provided by the center’s director. The quote in the mural is by B.B. King: “The beautiful thing about education is that no one can take it away from you.”
