The Printing Press

The Printing Press by artist Bernie Wilkie was located in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The mural features a printing press churning out copies of images that include a Philadelphia skyline, an image of Benjamin Franklin operating a printing press, a group of multicultural hands and other images, alluding to the history and power of printing as a communicative media form.
