This untitled mural by Lauren Cat West incorporates references to Old Richmond’s industrial past, its waterfront area and urban agriculture. The subjects are conveyed in the artist’s signature playful, childlike style.

The work is one of two murals commissioned by the Olde Richmond Civic Association (ORCA). The goal of the project is to revitalize the tunnels that connect the Olde and Port Richmond neighborhoods in North Philadelphia, making them more welcoming for pedestrians and creating a sense of place for the community.
