West Mill Creek: Past, Present, and Future

West Mill Creek: Past, Present, and Future by lead muralist and teaching artist Priscilla Bell-Lamberty is located in the Mill Creek neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This project is part of Mural Arts Philadelphia’s Education Department’s six-part collaboration with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation to work with recreation center youth and create new murals across the city. The Mural Arts Rec Crew assisted with the fabrication and installation of this mural. They are a group of The Guild of the Restorative Justice program graduates who work at rec centers around the city, revitalizing community spaces and assisting with mural installations.
