CAICU Mural Dedication at Norris Square Senior Community Center

Dedication for a new CAICU mural on the west-facing wall of the Norris Square Senior Community Center a modern update reflecting the neighborhood and the Senior Center’s contribution to the vitality to the Norris Square neighborhood.

This mural/ mosaic hybrid was designed by famed Philly muralist Betsy Casañas with her son Kris Casañas acting as lead muralist and Celso Gonzalez and his artist team, Siempre Estudio Creativo, contributing mosaic elements.

The dedication will also include recognition of the completion of 8 new updated mosaic columns in Norris Square Park, completed by Seimpre Estudio in Fall of 2025.
