Civic Views made its temporary debut in the City Hall courtyard and now moves to the Municipal Services Building (MSB) for long term exhibition of 5 years. This event celebrates the opening reception for the installation at MSB. It will include a brief speaking program, performance by the Municipal Employees Choral Ensemble, and light refreshments.
