Restorative Justice Month at City Hall: Just Us Exhibition & Reception

November is National Restorative Justice Month, a time to recognize art’s role as a pathway toward recovery, reflection, and renewal. Join Creative Philadelphia and Mural Arts Philadelphia at City Hall on November 19 to celebrate Mural Arts’ Restorative Justice program and honor the artists, participants, and teaching artists using art to build a more just future in Philadelphia.

The day begins with a City Council resolution recognizing November as Restorative Justice Month, followed by a reception and exhibition of original work by justice-impacted and incarcerated artists. Presented by Mural Arts, the Barnes Foundation, and Creative Philadelphia, in partnership with the Office of Councilmember Jim Harrity, Just Us invites visitors to consider the creativity, resilience, and lived experiences of artists working toward transformation and restoration.
