Spring Garden Street underpass mural (title unknown)

This mural (title unknown) was painted along both sides of the Spring Garden Street underpass between 2nd and Front Streets in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Created by the Philadelphia Anti-Graffiti Network, this whimsical and abstract design was meant to be easily viewed driving or walking past. Flowing shapes and lines curved and moved across both walls of the underpass, one with a blue background the other orange. The contrast of hot and cold colors working the draws the eye while serving to not overwhelm viewers with too much color.
Location note: Mural no longer on view at this location (removed before 2007).
