Autumn Cascade

Autumn Cascade by artist Kenneth Millington was located in the Poplar neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on the opposite of the building from its companion mural Forest Brook. Painted in the style of a stained glass window, this mural features a design from the neighborhood community. The actual imagery on the wall sprang directly from Millington’s observations of the wall. The dips, flows, and curves of the actual wall directly impacted how he painted the overall composition giving it an organic feel.
