World AIDS Day Mural was created by Jane Golden, Deitrich Adonis, David McShane and Alvino Pearson in Philadelphia’s Old City neighborhood. It was created by the Philadelphia Anti-Graffiti Network in recognition of World AIDS day in 1995.
