Black American Gothic

Black American Gothic by artist Jane Golden was located in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It recalls the rural southern background of many of that neighborhood’s elders as a reminder to young residents growing up in an urban environment.
