Children of Philadelphia by artist Burt Dodge was located in the In the Southwest Center City neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Depicted in the mural are youth from the local community shown with smiles, playing and hanging out together. This mural presents an uplifting and hopeful message to the community that its children are the future.
