Free by artist Lynn Denton was located in Philadelphia’s Germantown neighborhood. It was sponsored by the Philadelphia Department of Human Services Intensive Delinquency Prevention Program and the City of Philadelphia. Denton worked with youth from the DHS Mural Arts Class at Vision Quest to complete the mural as a community art project to educate and inspire young people to stay in school and work towards a shared vision of success.
