From Tot Lot to Legacy: The Clarence ‘Eggy’ Tillman Court Dedication

Join us to dedicate a new mural honoring Clarence “Eggy” Tillman, a local basketball legend whose journey began on the courts at 20th and Tasker Streets. Artist Ivben Taquiy designed the mural as a visual landmark for the young people who still gather at Ralph Brooks Park every day.

Council President Kenyatta Johnson, who helped make the mural possible, will speak at the event dedicating From Tot Lot to Legacy: The Clarence ‘Eggy’ Tillman Court, created in collaboration with artists Calo Rosa, Gabe Tiberino, and MAP’s Rec Crew.
