“Olney Is Where We Belong: Past, Present, Future” Mural Dedication

Join Mural Arts Philadelphia and the Olney Community Collaborative for the dedication of Olney Is Where We Belong: Past, Present, Future, a vibrant new mural honoring the stories, aspirations, and memories of the people who call the neighborhood home.

Designed by artists Priscilla Bell, Carolina Gomez, and Raelis Vasquez, the mural brings together the voices of local families and beloved Olney businesses—including Mom Mom’s Kiddie College, Smooth Like Dat, and Wilson’s Market—to celebrate Olney’s past, present, and future.

Through community meetings, one-on-one conversations, and neighborhood activations, residents shared their stories, memories, and visions for the future of Olney. Come celebrate the community members, local businesses, and artists who helped bring this new neighborhood landmark to life!
