Built from the Block Mural Dedication

Join Mural Arts Philadelphia to dedicate a new mural honoring the life, leadership, and impact of Zachery Frazier Jr., co-founder of Trust Factor Organization, a Philadelphia nonprofit dedicated to expanding careers in the trades. Hosted by iHeartMedia’s Loraine Ballard Morrill, the event will convene elected officials, union representatives, civic leaders, community members, youth participants, families, and notable guests for an afternoon of reflection, celebration, and community connection.

Designed by Ernel Martinez and painted by Jaq Masters and Efrain Herrera, Built From The Block: The Zachery Frazier Mural Project recognizes Frazier’s journey as a union carpenter, mentor, father, and respected Northwest Philadelphia leader whose work continues to create meaningful pathways for young people. Frazier also curated and facilitated a 12-week workshop series with the Rec Crew through MAP’s Restorative Justice program.
